The absolute best way to rid and prevent cellulite is to build muscle in those areas. For instance, people with cellulites in the glute area can build and tone muscle in that area. When the muscle grows, it stretches out fat cells (and burns the fat in them) and skin, doing away with the puckered texture.
I have heard that using a rolling pin(for rolling out dough) is the cheapest and easiest way to smooth out cellulite..just keep rolling it over the areas and it will smooth out..then there are creams but you want permanent results exercise-the sweat will do you good.
You can’t technically “stop” cellulite…it’s a lot of times hereditary. BUT..you can do a lot to control it. By….building muscle where you get cellulite (lift weights, etc), drink lots of water..(that really helps), tan (tanning makes your skin look slimmer), some creams work (mostly the expensive ones
Cellulite is fat cells, so you need to do toning exercises daily. Yoga and pilates 3 times a day with lunges, squats and those type of exercise in between.
for one a good walk around the park wont hurt and if you want something that will be quick start rubbing in small to large cirlces with some stretch mark cream or some celluite cream and make sure that you are squeezing and rubbing very well with a legitimate amount of force to the area that you want to see smother good luck
Sorry, u cant stop cellulite, even the celebs have cellulite just try to eat better as in less fat and grease..they will reduce but not totally disappear..but there are also creams to reduce the visibility

Feb 19, 10 at 6:27 amWith Clarins Total Body Lift you’ll notice up to an inch reduction around the thighs with twice daily use of Total Body Lift after only one month!
Exercise works best, though. Try a weight training routine using squats and lunges!
