What is the best diet and excersice for getting rid of cellulite…..?

I’m not over weight but it seems the older I get the worse it gets.
Any solutions to my problem???

      honestly, if you just stay active, and maybe try a few of those snickers marathons, you should drop it over a little time, and also be…well a buffchick =) the idea is that you dont need a spefic diet, you just need to eat healty, and try to keep moving thoughtout your day.

      OMG! I have the same problem! I’m thin, eat right & exercise, but it doesn’t seem to be doing much good. I’m 37 & didn’t notice this last year. Is it just a part of aging ( yuk!, unfair!)? I’m gonna keep this on my watch list. Sorry I couldn’t help, but at least you know you’re not alone!

      Cellulite doesn’t have to do with being overweight. I know some people who are size 1’s and they have it. What it is is the lack of Strong muscle fibers. just do some muscle building exercises.

      Fad Diets don’t work. Exercise and a BALANCED meals containing the four food groups insure proper weight, and reduction of cellulite.

      All you have to do to get rid of cellulite is eat a lot of broccoli (3 times a week).
