Riding a stationary bike five days a week for 30 minutes and eating a healthy diet for a month?

I’m not fat, some friends call me thin (not skinny) but I do have some fat on my stomach (the sides) and cellulite caused by unhealthy eating. I want to get rid of it as soon as possible. Can I do it in a month with this regime?

it sounds pretty good. your legs become stronger and the cellulite will not be noticeable. keep eating healthier too =)

    No.
Your body type is working against you – no amount of starvation/exercise is going to change your genetic make up to be predisposed to cellulite. it happens.

do yourself a favor and stop worrying about it.
if ppl are calling you thin, then it is all in your mind.

Don’t wear clothes that highlight your problem areas, and try to enjoy life.

seriously, if having cellulite is your biggest problem, you’re doing ok in the world.

sounds like a good plan, the best way to get rid of cellulite i by being active, and eating healthy. there are some creams that can get rid of it as well. keep up the hard work.
