What’s a normal amount of carbs and calories…?
etc…for a 16 year old girl to eat a day? I am so lazy and I have recently gotten a gut
and cellulite on my butt. My knees are bad and I can’t run so I’m gonna start walking but I want to see results so I have to watch the food I eat. What are some other good excercises I could do as well that won’t be hard on my knees?
Oh and how fast do you think I’ll see results?
And I’m not fat so don’t leave mean comments.
I’m 5’6 128 pounds.
