What’s a normal amount of carbs and calories…?

etc…for a 16 year old girl to eat a day? I am so lazy and I have recently gotten a gut :( and cellulite on my butt. My knees are bad and I can’t run so I’m gonna start walking but I want to see results so I have to watch the food I eat. What are some other good excercises I could do as well that won’t be hard on my knees?
Oh and how fast do you think I’ll see results?
And I’m not fat so don’t leave mean comments.
I’m 5’6 128 pounds.

Can you give me some tips of exercise, confidence, and weight loss?

Hi, I have recently gained a lot of weight, or so I think so. I used to be thin a few months ago and healthy because I worked as a cart pusher for Albertsons. I got promoted to guest services and now I don’t get much exercise from standing all day long and being tired at night I don’t want to do much.

How do you get your butt to look like this? [Pic included]?

I really just want a round and perfect butt like that! Right now, my butt is a little on the small side, but it’s cellulite free and stuff, the only thing that bothers me is that it kind of just merges into my thighs, either because I have big thighs or a small butt I’m not sure. So what excercises and things can I do to get a defined butt like Miss Lima in that picture and how long do you think it would take?

How to tone thighs?

I have been really stepping up my workouts and taking step and kickboxing classes. I’ve noticed a difference in my body overall and have lost 8 lbs. (which is alot since I only weighed 132 to begin with). I still would like to see more tone especially in my thighs. A great deal of the cellulite has gone away, but they’re still a little more “jiggly” than I would like.

How long does it take to loose body fat?

I am already fairly thin, 16 years old and I think my metabolism is a bit faster than average, but I have unwanted fat pretty much everywhere especialy my stomach and bum and cellulite on my thighs. Iv just started eating healthily; only eating multigrain bread, pasta, flour ect, low fat milk, lots of fish, lean meat and beans, a variety of fruit and vedge blah blah.
